Responsibilities:
Manage emails, documents, and scheduling tasks
Maintain CRM and update internal trackers
Assist with contracts, filings, and transaction coordination
Support sales and operations teams with day-to-day tasks
Keep projects and files organized and moving
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and CRMs
Strong written and verbal communication
Coachable and eager to grow in an admin or operations role
