Client Services Administrator (Part-Time) Nathan Wechsler is hiring a part-time administrative role out of our Concord office. The role will report to the Supervisor of Administrative Services and will support mission-critical workflows related to the processing of tax returns and other client deliverables. Responsibilities include:
Scanning client documents
Maintaining and updating databases of client information
Outreach to clients to request missing data or documents
Reception support as needed — answering phones, greeting clients, and sorting mail
Requirements:
Proven administrative experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation, data entry, and reporting
Differentiators:
Prior experience as an administrator in a public accounting, financial services, or legal environment, managing time-sensitive client deliverables
Familiarity with tax-related administrative workflows, such as organizing client documents for tax return preparation or compliance reporting
Work Location:
Onsite in our Concord, NH office
Compensation:
Expectation of 20 hours a week with ability to work more in our peak seasons of March-April and September-October
$25/hour
