Full Job Description
Utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop
Check bills and statements, resolve billing errors
Mail checks to vendors
Set up new customers in QuickBooks. Perform credit checks on new accounts. Keep customer records up to date
Collections. Ensure customer accounts are in good standing
Organize and maintain files
Perform related duties as assigned by manager
Respond to customer requests for account information
Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and check company email
Receive orders and generate invoices
Direct point of contact for outside sales reps. Answer questions, offer inside support
Check and package orders before shipping
Create shipping labels and bill of ladings for outgoing orders.
Document filing
Order office/warehouse supplies
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Able to follow instructions. Completes tasks efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees
Excellent computer proficiency
