Administrative Assistant to the Director of Public Works

Town of Hamilton, MA | Full-Time | $27.83–$28.96/hour (DOE)

The Town of Hamilton seeks a detail-oriented, organized Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Public Works. This essential role oversees administrative functions for the DPW and Water Department, including budgeting, procurement, payroll, customer service, and supervision of office staff.

Requirements: 3–5 years’ admin/municipal experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
