Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members

Handle and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence

Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation

Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Assist with human resource functions, including recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information

Assist in organizing company events, workshops, or training sessions

Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
