We have an immediate opening for an experienced Part-time Administrative Assistants in a tutoring center located in New Jersey. We are looking for someone with a minimum 1 year of recent experience performing admin duties. Seeking a positive, personable, experienced and hard-working individual to join our team.

You must be willing to commit to approximately 25-35 hours per week.*

Working will be 5 days per week including some weekends.

2 Day, 2 Evening shifts 1 other.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job would include:

Scheduling appointments/lessons
Managing teacher and student calendars
Client relations
Filing, general paperwork
The ability of being able to supervise
Answering and redirecting phone calls
Invoicing customers and customer requests
Maintain various files in regular cycle
Marketing and other clerical duties
Qualifications and Skills
Advanced Excel and Word skills is an advantage
Must have excellent written/spoken communication skills
Must have strong attention to detail
Ability to supervise
Must be tech savvy
Works well under pressure
Very friendly and personable
Shows good initiative
