As the Office Admin at TMGM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office environment. With your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, you will oversee various administrative tasks and provide support to staff members across different departments. Your role will involve maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, managing office facilities and vendors, and implementing efficient office processes.

Responsibilities:

Maintain office services by organizing and coordinating administrative procedures and systems

Manage office vendors, including building management, maintenance, and office equipment providers

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members

Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews

Manage office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices

Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff

Develop and implement office policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations

Handle office-related inquiries, requests, and escalations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field

5+ years of experience in office administration or management,

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills,mandarin speaking would be highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Proactive and able to anticipate needs and solve problems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Experience in financial services or a similar industry is a plus
