We are a Professional Real Estate Investment, Management company in Carpinteria looking for an experienced Part-Time Office Admin/ Accounting Assistant to add support to our team. The person we select will be very organized, efficient and able to multi-task in our fast paced business.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to Oversee the maintenance of office space.
  • Be responsible for all paper documents and filing.
  • Organize daily incoming bills, mail and calls.
  • Manage work orders and Vendors.
  • Handle correspondence verbal and written.
  • Scan and fill incoming bills, mail and file digitally and manually.
  • Maintain vendor relations.
  • Oversee office inventory.
  • Run errands. occasional showings, inspections.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Carpinteria, CA 93013: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
