About The Role
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. This role supports company leadership, provides administrative assistance to staff, and manages vendor relationships and facility needs. The position also includes light IT coordination, travel arrangements, and internal communications. There is opportunity for growth and exposure to human resources, including employee onboarding and collaboration with the HR team.
What you”ll do
Organize and maintain office spaces to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment
Oversee office supply procurement, inventory management, and equipment functionality
Manage vendor relationships related to office utilities, supplies, and services
Track office equipment and software licenses; coordinate hardware distribution and repairs
Provide basic IT support and coordinate external support as needed
Ensure smooth operation of printers, scanners, and other office technology
Maintain and implement office policies and standard operating procedures
Manage calendars, appointments, travel bookings, and meeting coordination
Provide administrative support to executives and senior staff
Maintain filing systems, shared documentation, and office records
Support the HR team with onboarding tasks, benefit inquiries, and employee coordination
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and security services for the facility
Respond to general employee questions and help address workplace issues as appropriate
Track and manage office-related budgets and expenses
Monitor and assess office operations to identify areas for process improvement
Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communication
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred 3–7 years of administrative or office management experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and office management tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative
Familiarity with IT troubleshooting (basic level)
Experience supporting HR processes is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
The Pay Range For This Role Is
18 – 20 USD per hour(Duluth-GA Office)
