Responsibilities:
Greet clients and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Maintain and organize office records and documents.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing and scanning.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing and proofreading documents
