Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing documents, data entry, and preparing purchase orders for office-related services and items.

Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.

Ensure accurate and timely calculations of overtime, leave, and payroll adjustments while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Address and resolve payroll-related queries with a discreet approach.

Liaise with government bodies for statutory submissions and compliance.

Maintaining office equipment and supplies

Coordinating meetings and appointments

Answering phones and emails

Managing travel arrangements

Developing and implementing office procedure

Purchasing office supplies and equipment

Coordinating with other departments and vendors

Provide HR assistance to HR workflow in terms of interview schedule, HR projects/events planning etc

Requirements

Diploma holder

Prefer 2-3 years of relevant experience

Experience in Payroll processing

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
