Executive Assistant – MassMutual Greater Richmond
Position Description The Executive Assistant will support will support Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Primary Responsibilities:
Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing.
Coordinates and maintains records.
Processes New Business.
Creates and modifies various documents using MS Office.
Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status.
Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
4+ years of administrative support experience
Knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Previous experience in a insurance or investment environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
