Job Description

  • Shift start time of 5:30 am daily, Monday to Friday
  • First 2 hours in dispatch, then move to office duties, including
  • Various Admin functions including,
  • Calling customers,
  • Booking appointments
  • Answering phones, providing customer service
  • Printing labels,
  • Supporting foreman and dispatchers
  • Payroll time cards.
  • Filing
  • Sorting, organizing
  • OS&D

Qualifications

The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to be successful. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Computer skills – LTL 400.
  • Effective Communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Developed organizational and time management skills.
  • Diplomacy, quick thinking, patience, and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Quick, accurate keyboarding skills.
  • The ability to meet deadlines.
  • Shift is Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift when required
