The Purpose of Your Role

Office Admin & HR Executive responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the Hiring, Onboarding and Offboarding process as well as providing general office administrative support.

To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.

Your Key Responsibilities

●       Provide administrative support to finance processes, including following up on commercial team budget requests submitted for management approval and coordinating Finance team and Country Manager review.

●       Manage the petty cash / cash advance float for ad-hoc team expenses, maintaining accurate records of usage.

●       Verify that all supplier/vendor receipts meet documentation standards (supplier signature, date, contact number, description, and amount) with payment proof attached, and submit verified documentation to the Finance team for processing; escalate unclear cases to the Country Manager or designated approver for guidance.

●       Handle invoices and receipts originating from the commercial team and office expenses (rental, office supplies); collect documentation for vendor registration and liaise with vendors and service providers on office-related expenses.

●       Directly supporting the Country Manager/ Regional HR Operations (where applicable) on a variety of tasks to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities.

●       Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates as well as handling interview arrangements.

●       Maintain a security and asset list to ensure the update in a timely manner.

●       Record and maintain attendance records of all staff to ensure the accuracy of all records

●       Performs other HR related duties, as required.

●     1 year of experience in office administration or HR

●     Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.

●     Ability to be extremely confidential in all information handled internally.

●     Hands-on and proactive, with a willingness to get stuck in and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
