Key Responsibilities
Office & Facility Management
Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, managing supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, landlords, and service providers.
Oversee office security, health & safety compliance, and workspace optimization.
Coordinate office moves, expansions, and space planning as needed.
Administrative & Executive Support
Manage company-wide administrative processes, improving efficiency where needed.
Support leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth experience.
Event & Culture Coordination
Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
Foster a positive office culture, ensuring the environment supports collaboration and productivity.
Partner with HR and leadership to drive engagement initiatives.
Tech & Process Management
Manage office software, systems, and tools for administrative workflows.
Implement and refine processes to improve operational efficiency.
Liaise with IT teams for office technology support and hardware management.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in office management, administration, or operations in a fast-paced environment, ideally in tech or a startup.
Proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Proficiency in office tools and software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools).
Experience in vendor management, budget tracking, and facility oversight.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
A high-energy, can-do attitude, with a passion for improving workplace operations.
