Purpose of job
The Admin Manager – Operations provides administrative and clerical assistance to the data center operations team to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities. This role supports coordination, documentation, communication, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations team and management
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and operational documents
- Handle correspondence, emails, and internal/external communication
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Assist in procurement processes, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
- Support preparation of budgets, reports, and data tracking
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Maintain office supplies and administrative inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles
- Experience supporting operations or technical teams is an advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
