Angel Shine Property is a fast-growing luxury real estate company based in Dubai. Known for our strong digital presence, premium services, and professional team, we are now looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to support our growth and day-to-day operations.

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly professional Office Admin to manage key administrative functions and provide executive support. The ideal candidate will be capable of multitasking, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless operations across departments. Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.

   Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive-level support to senior management

• Organize calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation with accuracy and professionalism

• Manage and maintain office operations and ensure smooth daily workflows

• Greet and manage incoming phone calls and visitors in the office

• Handle and organize all official documents within the office with precision

• Support all general office duties and internal coordination

• Manage and update CRM entries using Bitrix24 system

• Conduct property and client registration processes with developers

• Oversee documentation and registration processes with the Dubai Land Department (DLD)

• Navigate and handle transactions through RERA system

• Maintain and update internal databases and ensure compliance with legal standards communication

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive executive-level support to senior management

• Organize calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation with accuracy and professionalism

• Maintain smooth daily operations of the office

• Monitor and update CRM systems and Excel reports

• Handle confidential documents and organize digital files efficiently

• Collaborate with the team to improve internal processes and communication

• Fluency in English is required.
