Job Responsibilities:

Manage secretarial staff by allocating duties, training, and mentoring

Manage all aspects of the administrative and office management functions

Analyse and resolve office administrative and procedural issues, including sensitive human resources issues

Approve, reject or modify travel, office supply and other requisitions

What you’ll need to succeed:

At least 4 years experience in administrative managerial role; prior experience in financial services institutions is a bonus

Have proven ability to manage a team of administrative staff

Have excellent oral and written English communication skills for interaction with senior management and external parties
