Position Specific Description
Administrative Technician
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support (20%)
Manage executive calendar
Coordinate travel (end-to-end booking, itineraries, expenses)
Team & Office Support (80%)
Schedule/logistically support meetings, workshops, and recurring team events
Order and restock office supplies; coordinate vendor services, including catering
Manage office space logistics (desk assignments, moves)
Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts across team events
Partner with other EAs and facilities for smooth office operations
Onboard new hires (workspace, access, first-day logistics, welcome coordination)
Offboard individuals that exit the group into other roles
Partner with culture/morale team member to execute events and team-building activities
Proactively create checklists/playbooks for repeatable tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in administrative support
Strong in Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
Able to work independently and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
Service-oriented with sound judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Under supervision:
Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems
Audits and processes invoices in accordance with accounts payable procedures
Interacts with all levels of employees as needed to perform responsibilities
Works on special projects as requested
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GED
Experience: 5+ years
