Responsible to: VP of Education and Training
Basic Function: Serve as an administrative assistant for the VP of Education and Training helping with course registrations and other duties related to education, training, and safety programs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Organize and manage registrations for ABC training programs and keep accurate records
Maintain spreadsheets with information on registrants, payment, and course completions
Prepare certificates/cards for individuals who have completed training
Facilitate communication with program registrants, certified instructors, training providers and other parties involved in training programs
Assist with personnel management by ensuring that all submitted documents match the requirements associated with their certifications
Assist with organizing and updating personnel files for certified individuals utilizing ABC-sponsored training programs
Assist with ensuring that accurate information is presented on the ABC website
Respond to requests for information regarding ABC programs
Assist with miscellaneous office tasks including preparing mailings, collecting survey data, completing necessary paperwork, etc.
Skills and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Proficient with Microsoft suite including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word
Ability to work unsupervised to complete various tasks with appropriate instructions
Strong organizational skills
Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
Background knowledge of, or experience in, the construction industry preferred
Applicants must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
