About The Company

Our client is a global investment and advisory firm with over $300 billion in AUM. The Office Administration Manager will oversee a team of administrative and facilities employees that provide support to the firm’s senior management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain office management standards

Ensure the firm’s Partners’ business needs and expectations are prioritized and executed consistently

Manage current office services vendors

Assist with the planning and execution of in-office events or engagement activities

Oversee internal processes of conference room scheduling, screening mainline calls, client presentation printing/binding, document storage, catering requests, and ad-hoc operational tasks

Provide back-up administrative support as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required

3-5 years of related admin/supervisory experience

Office management experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary Range

$80,000-$90,000
