Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily administrative tasks, including document management and data entry.

Assist with scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating logistics.

Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner.

Assist in handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

Ensure smooth office operations and provide general support to staff.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the UAE)
