Babies R Precious, LLC Maternal Infant Health Program is looking for an Office Administrator to work Full Time 35 – 40 hours a week. No benefits included with this job position. Must have six months to a year of Office Experience. working in an office setting. Employee is paid weekly, $16.00 an hour while in training, training days will be three days a week until training is over. After training $17.00 an hour and work schedule will be Monday – Friday 35-40 hours a week. Must be a fast learner. and willing to learn. Serious candidates ONLY!
Required Skills: Must have office and customer service experience, computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Scan/Fax documents and other office duties.
Preferred Skills: Office Administration skills and Computer Literacy.
Office Administrator Position: Must answer the telephone, return phone calls, make copies, fax, and scan. Attend community events, and outreach. Must be able to learn how to use the electronic medical records (EMR ) platform, audit files daily, check emails daily, discharge closes, complete all reports from the EMR system, complete State of Michigan training, assist field staff as needed with supplies and resources, attend all staff meetings, attend all insurance company virtual meetings, learn how to use the State of Michigan champs system to check medicaid find resources for clients in the counties that we service and be willing to learn other office responsibilities as needed.
