Location: Montclair, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Type: Full-time, Long-term Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry Administrator to join our team in Montclair. In this role, you will work directly under the General Manager to support daily administrative and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Organize, scan, and file Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Support the General Manager with assigned administrative duties
Maintain proper recordkeeping and document control
Communicate effectively with internal departments as needed

Job Requirements:
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in an office or administrative setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, scanning software, etc.)
Must submit a resume and complete an interview
Mandarin language skills stronglypreferred, but not required
Must be dependable and looking for a long-term position

Wage Range: 16.50 – 16.50 per hour
