Position Overview
Cella is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to support our team in day-to-day administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while supporting various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and assist in managing day-to-day office operations (if onsite)
Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, calendar management, and travel coordination
Prepare and edit reports, memos, and other documents
Assist with data entry, file organization, and maintaining internal databases
Coordinate office supplies, mail distribution, and vendor communications
Support HR and recruitment processes (e.g., interview scheduling, onboarding assistance)
Assist in planning internal meetings and events
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A high degree of professionalism and discretion
Experience in a staffing, creative, or marketing agency is a plus
