Job Summary
This position is located at the MnDOT Willmar Headquarters building and has flexibility to work a hybrid schedule or work full-time in the office. If the incumbent chooses a hybrid schedule, a telework arrangement with their supervisor is required.
This confidential position provides executive administrative services which directly supports the functions of the District Engineer and District Management staff; serves as an administrative liaison between departments, employees and public to ensure that all internal and external objectives are met. This position also provides support to the District Leadership Team.

Minimum Qualifications
The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required of all applicants seeking consideration for this position. Please illustrate your experience in these areas in your resume/application.
Executive administrative experience providing support to multiple functions of a division/office/district.
Experience drafting office documents such as memos, processes, and reports.
Experience scheduling appointments and processing business expenses.
Experience with business software and applications such as Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing administrative support to state government agencies.
Experience with data privacy laws governing confidential information.
Experience coordinating travel activities.
Physical Requirements
While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use wrists, hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands or arms; talk and/or hear. The incumbent must frequently lift and/or move up to ten pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
