**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. **Responsibilities:** – Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls – Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital – Coordinate training and development programs for staff – Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls – Oversee vendor management activities and maintain relationships with suppliers – Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping – Manage office phone systems and ensure proper functionality – Supervise office staff and provide guidance as needed – Efficiently handle schedule management and appointment setting – Perform general clerical duties as required **Requirements:** – Proven experience in office administration or a related role – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Knowledge of payroll procedures and basic accounting principles – Experience in supervising staff or leading teams is a plus – Ability to multitask and work well under pressure – High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
