We are flexible with hours, no weekends unless we have a fundraiser.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support by managing phone calls and responding to inquiries with excellent customer service.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Salesforce for data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars to ensure efficient office operations.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate communication and support for fundraising efforts.
Maintain a welcoming front desk environment and handle multi-line phone systems as needed.

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
