We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team at a fast-paced commercial construction company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage the company phone system
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, scheduling, and document preparation
Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office needs
Support project teams with basic administrative tasks as needed

Education: High School Diploma and relevant work experience
Experience: Proven experience in reception/hospitality or a related field, with a minimum of 1-3 years.
