Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Provide support to the office staff
– Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Data entry and record keeping
– Assist with specified projects
– Provide excellent phone etiquette

Experience:
– Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks preferred
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Bilingual a MUST, English/Spanish fluency required

Skills:
– Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
