Administrative support to staff

Manage documents and filing

Special project assistance

Membership research

Preparing correspondence and reports

Qualifications

Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistant or administrative support role.

Attention to detail and communication skills are a must.

Should be organized and have the ability to multitask and work with minimal/no supervision

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Must have database experience
