About the Role:

As our Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, playing a vital role in maintaining a productive and well-organized office environment. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our team, allowing everyone to focus on their core responsibilities. This role offers a predictable and consistent workflow with clear expectations and the opportunity to contribute to a positive and efficient workplace.

What You’ll Do:

Provide Reliable Administrative Support: Handle a high volume of phone calls, manage mail and deliveries, and assist with basic correspondence. This could include some after hours and weekend calls.
Be a Helpful Resource: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing helpful and accurate information.
Maintain Order and Organization: Keep office supplies well-stocked, organize common areas, and ensure a tidy and functional workspace.
Manage Records and Information: Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic) and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate Logistics: Assist office equipment maintenance, and other logistical needs.
Follow Established Procedures: Adhere to and help maintain office policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a helpful and professional demeanor.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing needs within the office.
The ability to follow established processes and procedures with accuracy and consistency.
A preference for a structured and predictable work environment.
A strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
