We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the efficiency of our data management processes.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain physical and digital files
Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed
Utilize Excel to create and update spreadsheets
Conduct basic research data collection as needed
Input data into various office systems accurately
Assist in generating reports using pivot tables
Type documents and correspondence as required

Qualifications

Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office suite
Ability to organize and maintain files efficiently
Basic math skills for accurate data entry
Experience with pivot tables is a plus
Strong research and data collection skills
Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

12 hour shift
Day shift
Night shift
