We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and supporting various departments. Duties

Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Support Property Manager as needed, including scheduling maintenance and contractor appointments.
Provide personal assistant support to executives or team members as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate communication and project coordination.

Skills

Proven experience in an administrative role in a small office
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
Experience in condominium office duties is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
