Our client, a prestigious hedge fund located in New York, NY is seeking a polished, detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain high standards of professionalism throughout the workday.

Responsibilities:

Manage the scheduling, setup, and reset of conference rooms to ensure spaces are clean, presentable, and ready for internal and external meetings

Greet and direct clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, serving as a first point of contact for the firm

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of shared spaces including reception, conference rooms, and pantry areas throughout the day

Coordinate with facilities and administrative teams to restock supplies and support meeting needs (e.g., catering, AV setup)

Assist with special projects or general administrative tasks as assigned by office management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

1–2 years of prior office, hospitality, or front-desk experience in a corporate or financial services setting preferred

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with poise

Comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
