Accounting Administrative Assistant, for project specific field operations provides general office and administrative support in a variety of clerical functions and related tasks. They are a positive and detail-oriented professional that can assist in responsibilities related to supporting the field project team. The Administrative Assistant I, will be a key resource in ensuring documentation is accurate and complete, especially as related to project team.

ï‚® Maintain timely and accurate data entry.
ï‚® Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.
ï‚® Create and maintain accurate records in personnel databases.
ï‚® Maintain multiple extensive spreadsheets, stay current and detailed with input information.
ï‚® Scan and input records, researching any found discrepancies.
ï‚® Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

ï‚® General field office environment will be experienced.
ï‚® There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environments which may present hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.
ï‚® There will be periodic exposure to outside weather conditions, including extreme cold and extreme heat, wet and/or humid environments.

Physical Demands

ï‚® Frequent: Sitting at desk, utilizing computers and phones, standing and walking.
ï‚® Periodic: Repetitive foot, leg, hand, arm, shoulder, and torso movements
ï‚® Occasional: Business travel, 5%. Bending squatting, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Experience and Education

ï‚® High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
ï‚® 1 to 3 years of administrative support experience, particularly in an onsite project team environment, is preferred.
