2IM Group is looking to hire for multiple positions of Office Administrative Support to work full-time at the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Region 1/District 1 office in Schaumburg, IL. Job Description:

An Office Administrative Support staff provides administrative support to the IDOT team.

Duties and responsibilities:

Some important duties and responsibilities of an Office Administrative Support staff include:

Data entry.

Assists in managing project records.

Assists with other duties, as assigned.

Skills and qualifications:

For an Office Administrative Support staff to be successful in their role they should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Ability to use a computer, the internet, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a key skill for this position.

Education and training requirements:

An associate’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Experience requirements:

Minimum one (1) year related administration experience in an office environment preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $52,000 – $65,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position.
