Full Job Description

Job Summary:

As an Office Administrator-Risk Management at DCO Commercial Floors, you will play a critical role in overseeing operations in the Atlanta office relating to safety documents, risk management reporting, facility oversight, and will be connected to our Safety/Risk management/Facility manager. You will be the DCO liaison between safety, facilities, and risk management. This position is for our Atlanta office, with responsibilities across the enterprise relating to the areas above. Your role interacts daily with internal DCO team members, along with clients, vendors, contractors, facility partners with the intent to achieve the office and project goals. You will be provided relevant training with current in-depth policies, protocols, and methods to provide the proper guidance and solutions needed for overall success. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines will contribute to your team’s overall success.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Work in conjunction with Safety manager to execute related tasks.

· Overseeing general office operations.

· Welcoming visitors at front desk point of entry.

· Manage all incoming DCO commercial phone calls with appropriate distribution.

· Coordinating meetings.

· Scheduling appointments

· Leading various administrative projects.

· Handle security system needs.

· Stocking program for office supplies, including tracking and vendor ordering.

· Coordinate office activities to ensure compliance and efficiency according to policy.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or comparable role.

· Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Solid understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

· Ability to work independently and in collaboration within a team environment.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

· Ability to work independently and in collaboration within a team environment.

Education and Experience:

· High School diploma, with BA/BS preferred in office administration or related discipline.

· Qualifications or certifications in administrative studies would be an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

· Sedentary work involves sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

· Ability to exert 10 – 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Location / In-Office Requirements:

· This role is intended to be in-office, not hybrid or remote.

· Work is to be performed Monday through Friday at a DCO office location with additional hours driven by location specific activities.

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
