Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role will require excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Handle office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary.
Assist in the preparation and organization of events, conferences, and meetings.
Support department managers and other staff with administrative tasks.
Process and file paperwork, invoices, and expense reports.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for employees and executives.
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
Provide general customer service to clients and visitors.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
