Join Our Custom Fabrication Shop as a Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant!
We’re growing and looking to add a Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to our team. This full-time position is available immediately.
Schedule:
Regular Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:45 PM
Occasional required overtime on Fridays.
Role Overview:
As a key member of our team, you’ll handle critical scheduling, communication, and data collection tasks, along with occasional personal assistant responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Scheduling:
Organize employee schedules and project Gantt charts.
Communications:
Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them promptly.
Participate in conference calls, take notes, and provide valuable input.
Track and manage emails and other written correspondence.
Data Collection (Training Provided):
Collect and organize relevant material information, such as material data sheets and certifications.
What We’re Looking For:
A quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to type at least 45 words per minute (typing test required).
Proficiency with both Mac and PC systems.
Advanced skills in Excel and Word.
An outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for trade shows and client meetings.
