Starlift Equipment is a Forklift Dealership in West Haven, CT. We have been a leader in the material handling industry since 1986.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable employee that is looking for a long-term job with a great company.

Responsibilities include:

· Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

· Enter orders and maintain accurate records

· File and organize documents and records

· Process invoices, and collect on past due payments

· Correspond with customers professionally via email and phone

· Process credit card transactions

Skills Required:

· Organized and able to multi-talk

· Data entry

· Scanning, printing, copying and emailing documents

· Filing and general clerical work

· Pleasant and professional phone manner

· Proficient on computer and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

· Ablity to work independently

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Ability to follow oral and written directions

· Strong attention to detail

· Reliable and professional

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
