Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Limassol for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, ensuring effective communication with clients, and delivering high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and supporting the overall office administration to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
Skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written
Possess a strong work ethic
Proficiency in handling Office Equipment
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in real estate is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
