Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Administrator located in London. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, operating office equipment, communicating with clients and staff, delivering excellent customer service, and effectively managing all aspects of office administration. This role allows for some work from home.

Qualifications

Experience in administrative assistance and office administration.

Proficiency in operating common office equipment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.

We are looking for either a graduate with a BA Honours degree who is keen to work in the finance sector

OR

Experience working as a business administrator in an alternative role (3+ years experience).

Salary Expectation

DOE£26,000 – £32,000 per annum + 25 days annual leave (in addition to all bank holidays).
