Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrator at Maritime Apartments in Barrow-In-Furness. Its an exciting and varied role in a small, busy office. You will be involved in managing all aspects of the apartments reservations and lets, from the initial enquiries, allocating apartments, sending invoices, taking payments, checking in guests and ensuring that their stays with us are as welcoming and hospitable as possible. Many of our tenants return to us several times so customer satusfaction is a key part of this role. The right person will be confident in handling customer queries face to face, on the phone and by email.

Qualifications

Administrative assistance and office administration skills desirable

Strong communication and customer service skills desirable

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable
