Summary
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at ALTEA Healthcare. This role is pivotal in supporting our leadership team and ensuring smooth operations within our organization. Located in a collaborative environment, the Executive Assistant will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing schedules and communications effectively.
Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed to support executive functions.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely retrieval of documents.
Assist in project management by tracking progress and deadlines for various initiatives.
Facilitate event planning and coordination for internal meetings and company events.
Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments to enhance communication and collaboration.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles within a healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software applications is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
