Job Summary:
Medivant Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations by managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses to emails, phone calls, and requests.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executives and leadership teams.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and office records in an efficient and accessible manner.
Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Manage and prioritize incoming tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and executives are well-prepared.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
Provide support for various ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role. Experience in healthcare or a related industry is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
