About the role
Kosher is looking for a highly motivated candidate to undertake administrative tasks and ensure the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently under the guidance of the HR and Operations Head. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Responsibilities
Coordinate for diverse operational activities including but not limited to Procurement, travel bookings, asset management and maintenance to secure efficiency in compliance with company policies.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements (national & international)/appointments etc. for all the employees including Visa processes and documentation
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and handle procurement in coordination with finance team along with tracking asset lists and maintenance records
Provide administrative support for the HR and Finance team & act as the primary liaison between teams, vendors, and external partners
Manage office security and housekeeping
Ready to travel if required
Requirements
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role with 2-4 years of experience.
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree (or equivalent)
Good communication and interpersonal abilities, proactive & dynamic attitude
Familiarity with office management procedures, procurement, and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
