Job Description:

The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily office functions, providing administrative support, and assisting with office logistics. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist all visitors and staff with professionalism and a friendly demeanor

Work alongside the current office administrator to manage daily office operations

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas and conference rooms

Handle internal staff communications and updates

Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling mail/shipping

Ensure office equipment in conference rooms is functioning properly

Manage office supply inventory and fulfillment

Coordinate food deliveries for meetings and events as needed

Support special projects, such as staff appreciation gifts and social event planning

Qualifications:

1-2 years of administrative or office support experience

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, professional demeanor

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
