Day to day duties
First point of contact for clients and employees both visiting and calling the office
Responsible for both incoming post distribution and outgoing post including franking and liaising with couriers
Visibility of staff diaries, in order to make appointments and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team
Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office
What are we looking for?
No day is ever the same and therefore a self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative.
Either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required
Minimum 1 year experience as an Administrator in professional services.
Microsoft Office skills are a must
Be able to build relationships and feel like a key member of our family
