Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green as an Office Administrator

·      Provide general administrative support to all departments, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing documents and reports.

·      Organise and maintain the company calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings.

·      Ensuring the office environment meets local health & safety regulations.

·      Conduct regular health & safety audits and risk assessments.

·      Book and manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) for employees, ensuring that travel schedules are efficiently planned.

·      Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked.

·      Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and tracking office expenses.

·      Welcome visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they are promptly directed to the right person or department.

·      Proven experience as an office administrator, PA or similar role.

·      Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office software.

·      Strong organisational and time management skills.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of people.

·      Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
